Мы обратились в ПИП после негативного опыта с компанией интегратором Битрикса. И тоже сначала осторожничали.

Но буквально с первой недели работы с ребятами, стало понятно, что мы сделали правильный выбор в их пользу. У нас очень сложные бизнес-процессы, в которых задействованы разные отделы, большое количество участников процесса с разными правами доступа к информации. Плюс тематика у нас специфическая — мы занимаемся генеалогией, а это спец термины плюс наши внутренние корпоративные термины в процессах. Но за очень короткий период времени ребята адаптировались, сейчас говорят с нами на одном языке и понимают все наши бизнес-процессы.

Что мне нравится:

1. Коллективный мозг — с нами работает не один человек, а целая команда ребят, что позволяет находить решения в разных технических затыках.

2. Профессионализм — ребята на самом деле спецы в Планфиксе, которые следят за обновлениями. Они способны придумать нестандартные решения.

3. Слаженная работа — техподдержка работает быстро и эффективно. Ребята находят подход к любому самому творческому сотруднику, терпеливо объясняя как и что он делает не так.

4. Отчетность — работа выстроена таким образом, что в конце периода техподдержки я получаю поминутный отчет по факту выполненных работ.

5. Ну и не мало важно — это эмоциональный фон — ребята очень позитивные, говорят с тобой не на техническом языке, а стараются донести все на человеческом языке. Работать с ними очень комфортно.
