About jambs, trust and reputation

I have a rather reverent attitude towards my company and the projects that we support and develop. For me, these projects are a trust in me and my team. And every time when troubles occur, I take it as a personal blunder and try to solve everything as loyally for the Customer as possible.

For me, trust in business and reputation means a lot. This also applies to people and brands.

For me, the shoals of companies and people are always important in how they solved these shoals and problems. If it was pompous and boorish, then I am one of those people who will not pay such a company, precisely because it is not comparable to my values.

But if the culprit did everything to solve the problem and did not show off , and I see the soul in this work, then I believe that these guys will not allow a repetition of the situation, and in general they value clients as much as I do.

It's the same in relations with people outside of business. We have all experienced disappointment with some people. It happens. But it is important what the result was and whether the person sincerely apologized for the situation. "The sword does not cut a guilty head," but a guilty one for real, and not just for show, as some comrades sometimes demand.

Why is this important? Because it is impossible to be perfect in everything, and I will never say that my team always performs projects perfectly. But I know for sure that we will fix everything we can, and will not stop, even if it is already unprofitable for us. This is part of the DNA of my team.

And for exactly these reasons, I am fighting for our good name, if suddenly someone encroached on it. And if someone starts rinsing my employees, then I put them in place. Maybe the employee messed up, but this is my man, and I myself will decide what and how it should be, but I will not give him offense no matter what.
