As the company grows, the usual tools become insufficient. First of all, this hinders the rapid growth and scaling of the business. A clear sign of a problem is that new hires take longer to learn to work, and managers cannot devote time to educating people and overseeing projects.
Transition from Megaplan
The Megaplan system allows you to perform many tasks, but people turn to me for a transition from this system due to periodic failures and a desire to get more functionality.
Working with Megaplan is built according to a standard scenario, the duration of work is about 50 hours after a full understanding of the work ahead.
Transition from Bitrix24
The Bitrix24 system was created for project management, but the complexity of work in it lies in the complexity of setting up the product. Functions that take 1-2 hours in Planfix are implemented in Bitrix in tens of hours.
As an example, ask any Bitrix integration partner how long it will take to create an invoice and a certificate of completion in Bitrix. Work in Planfix will take 15 minutes .
Working with the transition from Bitrix24 to Planfix is also proceeding according to the standard scenario, the duration of work above Megaplan is about 80 hours after a full understanding of the upcoming work.
Moving from Trello
Trello's kanban board system is good and performs many interesting specific tasks. But at some point this is no longer enough due to the complexity of analytical work on a large number of projects, and entering the course of a new employee is very tiring for a manager.
Moving to Planfix usually doesn't involve dragging and dropping tasks. I am building a system and at some point everyone goes to Planfix. For those who are passionate about kanban boards, Planfix has a special tool called Planners.
Integration Planfix
Work on the implementation of Planfix in the organization and the integration of all processes into the organization and Planfix - work on the interaction of two parties. From my side, there is a complete immersion in the work and I expect the same return from the Customer or his representative.
