On the discrepancy between words and deeds

It so happened in life that I can only do. Talking about how badly I got tired of everything in the army after the words of the sergeant: “Soldier, make it impossible to fuck you.”

These are wise words from such an asshole, I must say. Probably, he did not really understand their meaning and did not invent it himself. But their essence lies in the deep study of each action. We must do things in such a way that any attempt to delve into your work fails to find a problem. Well, or at a minimum.

This gave me different ambitions for systemic approaches, because my success in different things depended on different people and their work. It was in the army, and at Moscow State University, and at the Lebedev Studio.

But it so happens that you can say smart things and not do them. For example, you say that you need to write statements to the traffic police for assholes who park incorrectly, but you don't always track the result of this work. Or you say that you have to keep the principle of work to the end, but sometimes you allow indulgences and retreats. And then they start to run into you that you have double standards.

These people do not know anything about preparing for business, about all your workload, about a bunch of problems on the fronts of work and personal life. They believe that since you said something from your ideal worldview, then you should already do, right now, do from letter to letter, as you said without options, and do it perfectly. These people erect your words to the maximum, without plunging into the details of the idea, into possible nuances and problems, it is important for them to publicly prick you. The reaction to such trolls is simple:

“I at least started working on this, and worked out a lot of nuances. What stage are you at? ”

There are a lot of such trolls everywhere, even in our professional community, and they do not do it on purpose, this is part of their psychology. Young and inexperienced begin to argue and feed the troll. Experienced and wise people immediately stop digging attempts, and this is the only right step. Smart people will see and understand this, the opinion of others is not very important.
