Does a deviation from the rules for a boost of vivacity work?

Today there was a deviation from the "No meetings for Monday" rule. I did it forcibly to cheer up.
We have a planning meeting with the guys on Mondays from 10:30 to 11:00, we quickly announce our plans for the week, and then we scatter to do tasks. And as a result, a small layer of organizational questions falls on me, because the team is synchronized.
Usually I am the last to speak to correct the vector, but sometimes I go first to adjust the managers' thoughts in advance according to their plans in projects.
But today, because of this fuss with taxes and credit, I decided that I needed to start Monday differently. Therefore, I agreed to a meeting with a potential client of another integrator who could not come to Moscow.
And then at 16 o'clock he presented the capabilities of Planfix to a very large company.
In between meetings, I only had time to clean up the notifications in the cart, answer emails, and give valuable instructions to everyone who needed it. I had lunch and came to the office for an effective meeting.
After that, I continued to rake, tweak and communicate certain tasks to everyone around in oral and written form, but not through Planfix.
Really, I will only be able to start doing something in Planfix, where we have the main communication center, only at 19 o'clock. Yes, even there, according to priorities, I raked out only what was important "here and now", and postponed everything else for tomorrow.
And I must say, I got the energy I needed.
It lies in the fact that my trips to clients and working as a voice consultant - actively stimulates thoughts in my head. When you talk all the time, you must follow the logic of the narration, the reaction of the listeners, their questions, etc. And then I plunge into other people's processes, maneuver in new information, renouncing my questions.
And when I finish, there are contrasts in my head: mine and someone else's.
On this contrast, I realized that in any situation I must start active work with Planfix partners. The moment has come and it requires my attention.This is the main summary of the day and the setting for the rest of the year.
P.S. And I also simplified a couple of jokes from our Planfix to make it easier. Fortunately, Planfix is easily customizable, and this is not all that others have.
