On strategic development and problem solving
30.10.2020
The month is drawing to a close, if you haven't noticed.
This is a very fast month, so much was happening that I simply forgot to tell everything, and when I remembered it was after midnight.
What do I want to say about all this? If a leader has tasks that interfere with strategic development, urgent measures must be taken. And I am actively engaged in this.
First of all, I wrote out everything that is in my head. That's all, in general, everything that itching. From the present to something distant. I made a list and follow it.
The result is an impressive checklist with subparagraphs, but they are automatically prioritized - what hurts, it hits the head faster and is written earlier.
Now there is a renovation of the new office (tomorrow the painters will paint the walls, and within a week we will lay the parquet floor), which means that I need to do everything around it as quickly as possible so that I no longer have to go to the old office.
There are also legal issues, because you need to change the legal address after taxes for previous periods have been paid. As you remember, people like me in the tax office are called "immigrants", because despite the answer from the tax office that "well, no questions at all," you can't relax.
Guys, 2 months left from the year. This is a psychological barrier. This is 66% of the quarter. And exactly in 2 weeks it will be 50%. There is nowhere to retreat. Everything. The deadline will be completely dead.
Pull yourself together, concentrate, and give out the maximum of your professionalism.
