The new month, the week is short, NG is close

I am against holidays that take away a working day. Exactly because now there are about 20 of them - this is a whole working month a year, kicked out of the economy.

And still all people go on vacation, that's another 22+ working days and a minus from the economy.

And people get sick. Let's wave off our shoulders and also write down 20 days for each, because with holidays or more than one fig for a month will be typed.

And what do we have? Efficiency 66.66%

We shoot ourselves in the foot with these holidays on weekdays and holidays on weekends with a bonus.

But we do not feel it, because all this is stretched out on a calendar basis and employers are expelled in order to balance their vacation times evenly, transferring the load to other employees.

There is little justice here, it looks more like a mutual guarantee.

What can I suggest?

Sanity, to begin with. And start with these very holidays so that we get a 10% increase in power.

Then with sick leave to make the nation healthy. I'm ready to pay a little more for VHI, if only my guys were treated. But when my developer did not find pneumonia 3 times and only friends in the military hospital helped out - then I get angry.

I do not propose to cancel the vacation, this is sacred. But at least something needs to be changed.
