Auto saves. Actually harm if you think about it

I saw a video on Lepré, where a black girl is surprised that there were no autosaves in games before and death at any of the levels can lead to the reset of the entire game.

And here I thought that we are actually spoiled by autosaves: guarantees against a variety of surprises that I could not even imagine.

Just imagine how humanity developed in general until the 20th century:

any scratch could cause death, because there was no medicine in our current view;

there was no justice at all, everyone killed and robbed everyone at the first opportunity;

suspiciousness was of such a level that they could burn them for any wrong word;

starting any business was possible only with the accumulation of initial capital only with a successful coincidence of circumstances and hardships through many generations of your ancestors (a shoemaker without boots is not funny was - he had no money for boots for himself);

and so on

My generation a bit caught the hell of the 90s as a feeling - you have to move! Just go, just fig, no time to whine. Fell, get up, fig.

And I must tell you that I see this grip in many people around me. Apparently, such a circle of contacts has already formed that I feel the competition and the complexities of the market and the economy with my skin. And this drives me to look for new ways.

And auto-saves are harmful in life, it seems to me, if you didn't make them yourself:

income streams, albeit scanty, but streams;
investments in my development - knowledge is with me forever, while I am in my sanity;
the skill to learn always - then I can learn new things and adjust to any situation;
good people around - because good people will help at least with a kind word;
versatile hobbies - so that it is interesting in different situations.

I wish you more awareness in your decisions and outlook on things. And fewer auto-saves that you don't influence.
