For 2 weeks now I have been recording training lessons on Planfix in order to relieve myself of the volume of requests for solving problems that seem unrealistically difficult to people, and in fact, we discuss the desire longer than solve the problem. Exactly for this video I am writing, so that those who wish to customize on their own - can customize, and those who wish the same, but "with mother-of-pearl buttons" - can use examples and links to give TK to work. And it worked!

For 2 weeks in chats I see screenshots from my videos, there are requests to the mail and PM, people suddenly began to understand what PF is and what I really do.

Also during the week I unexpectedly gave a three-hour lecture to plant managers about business processes. It was like in a joke about sand, stones and beer in a can.

Well, work with current projects is in full swing, ruble and nerves. From year to year we try to warn our clients about the coming winter, holidays, etc., but we regularly enter the New Year with rush jobs. This is part of our being, we cope and cope, and in January we will rest (although I do not remember when we did it).

I decided not to write posts for a couple of weeks in order to accumulate topics in my head a little, but that is, a persistent feeling that I have said everything for a long time and generally write platitudes, but just recently I talked with an old friend, told our everyday life , and he suddenly saw in this the solution to his problems. So I'll write this for you below and I'll go write lessons for Monday.

Since April, we have been living in this mode:

  • At 9 am on weekdays, the whole team writes their plan for tasks that are felt or have already been drawn up. They can also ask for help or focus the attention of the guys on something.
  • At 6 pm on weekdays, the whole team writes the summary of the day, what happened, what didn't. Planned and unplanned. We discuss the nuances a little.
  • On Mondays in Discord, in voice from 10:30 am to 11:00 am we quickly discuss projects and plans for the week. First the managers, then the developers. This is how everyone corrects and plans, and understands the state of work and the fighting spirit of each other.
  • On Fridays, everyone writes not only the summary of the day, but also the summary of the week. We check the hours, who put or did not put down for a week. I ask questions, remind of something, give rough plans for the new week.
  • Everyone is free to build their schedule as they want, but 8 hours in Planfix should be marked. If the light was cut off or it was necessary to leave on personal matters, the watch is delivered at a different time, including on weekends. This saves you from unnecessary approvals and officialdom with time off. And only if the employee does not see the possibility of working off, then there is a day off / vacation.

I can say that this half hour by voice a week and a regular pulse in the chat is very motivating ... In the same way, I write to the guys my plan and the result of the day, plans and the results of the week. I have a different operating system in the company, I am almost not involved in projects, but I go through all projects and check the details, write tips on the dialogue and explain the details that may not be clear to the guys without my business experience.
